Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2 Trailer

Along with the fantastic reboot of the series on PS3 and Xbox 360, the other thing that reminded everyone how awesome Mortal Kombat is was the excellent web series by Kevin Tancharoen, after he made an extremely gritty, extremely violent fan trailer for a new movie.  Season 1 recieved high praise and tons of views and it looks like Season 2 was rewarded with a higher budget and some higher caliber talent.    One of the coolest things about Season 2 is that Cary Tagawa is reprising his role as Shang Tsung after playing him way back in 1995 in the original movie.  Mark Dacascos is also joining the cast as Kung Lao and characters like Stryker, Ermac and Liu Kang will be joining the legacy universe as well.  The costumes and effects look significantly better this season too.  Check out the trailer below and the series starts on Machinima’s youtube channel later this year.
