Out of the Furnace Trailer

Christian Bale is back looking for justice but is trading in the streets of Gotham City for the backwoods of the Rust Belt in the upcoming thriller, Out of the Furnace.  Bale plays blue collar mill worker, Russell Baze, whose brother Rodney (Casey Affleck) arrives home after a tour in Iraq and gets in deep with the local criminal element, led by Curtis DeGroat (Woody Harrelson).  Willem Dafoe, Zoe Saldana, Forest Whitaker and Sam Shepard co-star.  It definitely has a Justified vibe, although it appears to be lacking that show’s humor and probably puts it more along the lines of something like Winter’s Bone.   It’s out in December this year and you can check out the trailer below.
