The LEGO Movie Trailer #2

When it was first announced, most people probably scoffed at the idea of LEGO movie but with this second trailer, it should definitely be one of your most anticipated movies of next year (I know it’s one of mine).  Chris Pratt stars as Emmett, an optimistic and enthusiastic construction mini figure who stumbles into a secret chamber while on the job and is mistaken for the legendary “builder”, who will protect the LEGO universe from the evil President Business (Will Ferrell).  The President and his henchman, Bad Cop (Liam Neeson) show up in the is trailer along with who will probably steal the movie, Will Arnett’s Batman.  Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and 21 Jump St directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord are at the helm and have clearly brought their love of pop culture into this one, with cameos from the like of Michelangelo, Wonder Woman, Superman, Abe Lincoln and tons of classic Lego figures and sets and I think the thing I love the most is that everything is so clearly built and working in the limits of LEGO, like the characters movement.  Morgan Freeman, Nick Offerman and Elizabeth Banks co-star and the movie is out in February, cannot wait.
