Transformers: Age of Extinction Trailer #2

The new trailer for Michael Bay’s upcoming fourth Transformers movie is here and, while it doesn’t really explain what happened between Dark of the Moon and now, we do get to finally hear from Optimus and see more insane action.  Apparently, in the intervening years since the Battle of Chicago, humanity has decided to hunt down all Transformers, Autobots and Decepticons, and are trying to replicate the metal that comprises them.  Optimus goes into hiding and is discovered by Texas mechanic, Cale Yaeger (Mark Wahlberg), and he and his family become involved in a new battle for Earth as new Decepticon forces arrive to exterminate humanity and Optimus goes to recruit Grimlock and possibly the other Dinobots to help defeat them.  I’m hoping the movie is a lot less bloated than the previous entries and that Michael Bay’s terrible humor is toned down but I’m expecting to be disappointed on that front.  At the very least, hopefully the action is as big and crazy as the previous entries.  It’s hitting on June 27th and you can check out the trailer below.
