Musical Montage: RHCP “Love Rollercoaster”
Beavis and Butthead Do America is pretty much a perfect summer movie, with a ridiculous cross country road trip as everyone’s favorite dim-witted duo try to recover their lost television and get caught up in attempted murder plots and top secret government tech smuggling. Since music is one of the staples of the show, the movie needed a great theme song and it got it with Red Hot Chili Peppers “Love Rollercoaster”. It’s part of a montage in the movie of Beavis and Butthead traveling and the music video has RHCP getting animated themselves and riding a roller coaster, another summer staple, with clips of the movie mixed in.
