Black Jesus Trailer

Aaron McGruder, creator of The Boondocks, is bringing his unique voice back to Adult Swim later this year with Black Jesus.  Set in the present, Black Jesus (Gerald “Slink” Johnson) travels around Compton and tries to help out the residents with various good deeds and miracles but finds that most of them are not quite as receptive as he hopes.  Charlie Murphy, John Witherspoon, Andra Fuller, Andrew Bachelor and Kali Hawk co-star.  You can check out the trailer below.
