Atari: Game Over Trailer

One of the  biggest urban legends in geek history was confirmed earlier this year as the fabled ET atari game burial site was uncovered in New Mexico and now the full story will be revealed on Xbox this fall with the documentary, Atari: Game Over.  Directed by X-Men/Avengers screenwriter Zak Penn, the movie goes back to when Atari was at it’s mind blowing, hot tub party peak in the 80’s and the one game that started everything crashing down.  The movie interviews Howard Warshaw and Nolan Bushnell, the former heads of Atari and follow the dig crew as they unearth hundreds of unsold copies of the “worst game ever”.  Check out the trailer below.
