American Sniper Trailer

After a slightly bizarre detour this year with Jersey Boys, Clint Eastwood is back in his wheelhouse for the upcoming American Sniper.  Adapting the autobiography of the same name, Bradley Cooper stars as Chris Kyle, America’s “most lethal sniper” having 160 confirmed kills and up to 255 with unconfirmed kills while doing four tours in Iraq.  He had one of the longest successful shots in history when he took out an insurgent at a distance of 2,100 yards.  The trailer is mostly a super tense looking scene of Cooper as Kyle trying to decide if there is a threat to convoy or not intercut with scenes at home with his wife, played by Sienna Miller.  The movie will be in limited release on Christmas Day and then expand wide on January 16th and you can check out the trailer below.
