George Clooney is missing in the first Hail, Caesar! Trailer

It’s been over 5 years since The Coen Brothers have been in full on crazy caper mode, the last film from the duo that fits that mold is probably Burn After Reading, but after excellent but serious films like True Grit and Inside Llewyn Davis, Hail, Caesar! brings the Coens back into Big Lebowski mode with a Golden Age of Hollywood kidnapping.  Josh Brolin stars as “fixer” Eddie Mannix who is working for a studio in the 1950’s that is shooting a massive historical epic starring Baird Whitlock (George Clooney), but he’s kidnapped and held for ransom, forcing Mannix to prowl the Hollywood backlots to find the kidnappers.  Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum, Tilda Swinton, Ralph Fiennes, Jonah Hill, Dolph Lundgren(!!), Frances McDormand and so many more show up as well.  It’s arriving on February 5th next year and you can check out the trailer below.
