Michael Keaton is “The Founder” of McDonald’s (Trailer)

Michael Keaton has been on a roll in the last few years, starring in back to back Best Picture winners Birdman and Spotlight and now he’s taking on the roll of Ray Kroc in The Founder.  Kroc was a milkshake machine salesman who came across the McDonald’s brothers (Nick Offerman and John Carroll Lynch) and became obsessed with their burger joint and decided to try and partner up with them and franchise the restaurant across the country but the brothers reluctance to go at Kroc’s speed led to a number of shady tactics to try and get the rights to the name and the location.  BJ Novak, Laura Dern and Patrick Wilson co-star and John Lee Hancock, who directed The Blind Side, directs.  The movie is out on August 5th and you can check out the trailer below.
