Preview of AVGC 2016
Returning for a second year, A Video Game Convention will take place on Saturday, September 10 & 11, 2016 at the Parsippany PAL in New Jersey. This event is a celebration of all things gaming; we will be offering a free to play arcade and console gaming, a indie developer showcase, gaming tournaments, and cosplay. AVGC offers a stocked market place filled with various game dealers, artists and craftsmen.
Our own Chris will be working behind the scenes, while Zach will take the media point position. We’ll be updating you on the crowds, showfloor and snapping pictures of the event.

Adam Koralik
Known for his videos on FigureItOut Productions, Adam has worked on various projects creating comedy short films, convention highlights and analyzing obscure video games.
Cinemassacre
James Rofle, Mike Matei, Brendan “Bootsy” Castner and Kyle Justin have worked together to produce various content covering video games, board games, movie reviews and live streams.
HPizzle
HPizzle has been remixing nostalgic tunes and converting popular songs into a 8bit electronic funk.
Jeffrey Wittenhagen
Jeffrey is a avid gamer and game collector whose passion has taken him to create The Complete NES: The Utimate NES Collector’s Book & The Complete SNES: The Ultimate SNES Collector’s Book, and hosts VGBS Gaming Podcast, One Life Wife and Single Credit Games.
Kris Keyser
Kris Keyser has composing low-bit compositions for performances at Blip Festival, Pax East and MagFest. His music has been featured in the 8bitpeoples label, and several indie games such as Armillo: The Parallel Universe Mystery and Chip Beat Blaster.
Montclair Gamer Symphony Orchestra
Formed by an ensemble of gamers with musical talents, the Montclair Gamer Symphony Orchestra performs fan based arrangement of video game music with classic and contemporary instruments. The MGSO has been performing for over two years and welcomes all early gamers and musicians to join.
Norman Caruso
Creator of The Gaming Historian, Norman has combined his love of history and fact finding with his passion for games to create content that explores the rich history of video games and the interesting events that surrounds it.
Pat Contri
Known as Pat The NES Punk, Pat creates various video game related content by reviews, live streams and his flea market findings. He is the host of the Completely Unnecessary Podcast, Flea Market Madness and Ask Frank.
