Christopher Guest is Back with Mascots (Trailer)

It’s been seven years since the last full Christopher Guest movie, The Invention of Lying, but he’s back to his classic form with the upcoming Netflix Original Movie, Mascots.  Following a number of competitors heading to the World Mascot Association Championship and pretty much all the regular Christopher Guest players are back including Ed Begley Jr, Jane Lynch, Fred Williard, Parker Posey, John Michael Higgins, Jennifer Coolidge, Harry Shearer and so many more along with new additions like Chris O’Dowd, Zach Woods and Sarah Baker.  If you liked previous Guest competition movies like A Mighty Wind or Best in Show, this looks completely in that vein of bizarre mockumentary.  It’s on Netflix on October 13th and you can check out the trailer below.
