The Final Rogue One Trailer Gets Mad(s) (Trailer)

The final full Rogue One trailer debuted today and it offers up a ton of new footage, including our first look at Galen Erso, played by Mads Mikkelsen, who is the father of heroine Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and a major factor in her being recruited by the Rebellion.  Galen is forced by the Empire to help build the Death Star and Jyn and her new squad mates have to try steal the plans for the station in order to give the Rebellion a chance to stop it.  Gareth Edwards, who directed Godzilla, is directing and the action looks incredible and unique from anything we’ve previously seen in the Star Wars universe and Darth Vader will be making his presence felt in the movie as well.  Rogue One (A Star Wars Story) is out on December 16th and you can check out the trailer below.
