EA Commentary: The Fast and The Furious
This April saw the release of the 8th movie in the Fast & Furious franchise (and it was awesome) but the crew of Zach, Chris and Chris Ali went all the way back to 2001 for the latest Everything Action commentary on the movie that started it all, The Fast and The Furious. Essentially a high octane Point Break remake and directed by the schlocky Rob Cohen, the late Paul Walker stars as undercover cop Brian O’Connor, who meets the two people that would change his life forever while undercover trying to figure out who is hijacking semi-trucks and stealing their precious cargo of combination VHS/DVD players. The guys try to figure out what happened to Dom’s cafe/garage business, how old Mia is actually supposed to be, why everyone forgot about Leon, the nu-metal fueled soundtrack and much more. Unfortunately The Fast & The Furious is not available on any streaming sites currently but if you have the DVD/Blu-Ray or rent it from iTunes or Amazon, you can sync it up with the commentary below and live your life a quarter mile at a time with the Everything Action crew.
