Created as basically an advertisement for the new Dodge Viper SR 1, Viper debuted on NBC in 1994 and followed a special task force in the fictional future city of Metro City, where Project Viper is created to help stop the evil crime syndicate The Outfit with a souped up, gadget filled muscle car.
