Christian Bale Returns to the West with Hostiles (Trailer)

Christian Bale is head back to the gritty and dangerous world of the Wild West with his Out of the Furnace director Scott Cooper for the upcoming Hostiles.  Bale plays an Army cavalry captain who is tasked to escort a Cheyenne war chief and his family through dangerous territory and it seems like all manner of dangers lie in wait.  Rosamund Pike, Jesse Plemons, Wes Studi, Ben Foster, Rory Cochrane and Q’orianka Kilcher co-star.  Cooper has delivered extremely solid movies like Black Mass, the aforementioned Out of the Furnace and Crazy Heart and this one looks like it’s definitely up that level and it got great reviews when it debuted at the Telluride Film Festival recently but it does not have a distributor as of yet.  In the meantime, you can check out the trailer below.
