Gerard Butler Chases a Heist Crew in Den of Thieves (Trailer)

Heist movies are one of the most dependable and never ending genres of action/thriller and January next year has Gerard Butler chasing down a dangerous criminal crew in Den of Thieves.  Butler (seeming like he’s doing some sort of “New Yawk” accent even though it’s in LA?) is the head of an LAPD Major Crimes team that is after a crew pulling off heists around the city and racking up a body count that includes O’Shea Jackson Jr, 50 Cent and led by Pablo Schreiber.  The crew decides to take things to the next level and targets LA’s branch of the federal reserve, which is seemingly impossible to get into, let alone rob but they have an extremely complicated scheme to try and pull of the heist.  It all looks like standard heist movie stuff, nothing too spectacular but hopefully decently fun.  It’s out on January 19th and you can check out the trailer below.
