Martin Freeman Tries to Save His Infant Daughter from the Apocalypse in Cargo (Trailer)

Back in 2013, a great little horror short film called Cargo hit the web and was a finalist at the Australian Tropfest and the same team behind the short, Yolanda Ramke and Ben Howling, has gotten Martin Freeman to star in a full length version, hitting Netflix in May.  Freeman stars a man who is living in Australia when the zombie apocalypse breaks out and an infection that kills whoever is bitten in 48 hours.  On their way to a safe zone, Freeman’s wife succumbs to the infection and bites him, leaving Freeman 48 hours to find safety for his infant daughter.  The original was a great gut check of a zombie story and hopefully more time won’t dilute it.  The movie is hitting international theaters on May 17, 2018 and us in the US can watch it on Netflix on May 18th.  Check out the trailer below.
