A Decades Long Grudge Gets Settled in Creed II (Trailer)

After proving to himself and the world that he was the real deal, Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) faces his biggest and most personal challenge yet in Creed II.  Viktor Drago (Florian Munteanu) issues a challenge to the newly crowned light heavyweight champion and, despite a new baby and the advice of Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone), Adonis agrees to the match and goes into a grueling training regime to try and get vengeance for his father Apollo.  Dolph Lundgren returns as Ivan Drago and Tessa Thompson and Phylicia Rashad are back as well from Creed.  Director Ryan Coogler is only producing this time around and his film school classmate Steven Caple Jr. is behind the camera.  Creed II looks stylish and epic and it’s both great and hilarious how seriously they are treating the pure 80’s cheese that was Rocky IV.  The movie is out on November 21st and you can check out the new trailer below.
