The Past Gets More Complicated in Krypton Season 2 (Trailer)
Although it seemed like a pretty terrible idea on paper, Syfy’s Superman prequel series Krypton actually turned out to be a fun mix of Game of Thrones political manuevering and over the top comic book twists as Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe), Kal-El’s grandfather, learned of the threat of Brainiac (Blake Ritson) and the future destruction of his planet and tries to figure out a way to change the future. Unfortunately, Seg’s efforts seemed to be in vain and Season 2 begins in an alternate timeline where Zod (Colin Salmon) has taken control Krypton, which has changed the destiny of the future Man of Steel. Besides stopping Zod and restoring the timeline, Seg also has to deal with rogues like Doomsday and Lobo (Emmett J. Scanlan). Wallis Day, Georgina Campbell and Ian McElhinney are back for the second season as well, which arrives on June 12th on SyFy Channel. Check out the season 2 trailer below.
