Jared Leto is the Living Vampire in Morbius (Trailer)

Following their success with Venom and the Spider-Man MCU movies, Sony is bringing another Spidey villain/anti-hero to the big screen this summer with Jared Leto starring as Morbius.  Afflicted with a rare blood disorder, Dr. Michael Morbius is obsessed with finding a cure and believes he’s done so but he soon learns that his cure, while giving him extraordinary abilities, is also transforming into a monster with a thirst for blood.  Adria Arjona, Matt Smith, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal and Tyrese Gibson co-star and Daniel Espinosa, who most recently directed the sci-fi film Life, is directing.  The most intriguing part of the trailer is its stinger, which seems to feature Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes, which seems to confirm that it’s in the MCU but probably still won’t feature an appearance from Tom Holland but maybe is setting up Sinister Six?  We’ll hopefully find out the answer to that question on July 31st and you can check out the trailer below.
