The Warrens Investigate a Demonic Murder in The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (Trailer)
Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are back in June as paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren for the third proper Conjuring film, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. The Warrens head to Connecticut when a man named Arne Johnson is arrested for murder but claims that a demon that was possessing him made him commit the crime. The Warrens begin their investigation and come to believe the family has been cursed by someone who is channeling and using evil occult magic. Ruairi O’Connor, John Noble, Julian Hilliard, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Keith Arthur Bolden co-star and Michael Chaves, who directed The Curse of La Llorona, which is in the periphery of the Conjuring Universe. It looks like more of the over-the-top horror from The Conjuring 2 but hopefully, this one won’t be as bloated as 2, which felt like it was at times just setting up future films in the franchise and less on the story it was trying to tell. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is out on June 4th in theaters and on HBO Max and you can check out the trailer below.
