Mike Flanagan Continues the Scares on Netflix with Midnight Mass (Trailer)

After bringing The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor to Netflix, director Mike Flanagan continues the scares with a new horror series, Midnight Mass, which is hitting Netflix in the fall.  Set on the remote island community of Crockett Island, the show follows the mysterious events that occur when a charismatic young priest (Hamish Linklater) arrives and brings a new religious fervor to the community.  A disgraced former resident, played by Zach Gilford, also returns to the island around the same time and experiences the mysterious and terrifying events occurring on the island.  Kate Siegel, Rahul Abburi, Crystal Balint, Matt Biedel, Alex Essoe, Annabeth Gish, Rahul Kohli, Kristin Lehman, Robert Longstreet, Igby Rigney, Annarah Shephard, Samantha Sloyan, Henry Thomas, and Michael Trucco co-star and the series drops on September 21st.  Check out the trailer below.
