From simple origins to horrifying conclusions, see how Ed Gein’s became an American murder in “Did You Hear What Eddie Gein Done?”

After finding a massive treasure from the Spanish ship La Fortuna that sunk in 1804, adventurer Frank Wild, played by Stanley Tucci, finds himself in a legal battle with the Spanish government over who has the claim to the treasure.

After bringing The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor to Netflix, director Mike Flanagan continues the scares with a new horror series, Midnight Mass, which is hitting Netflix in the fall. 

Although it had rave reviews from critics and fans, The Suicide Squad failed to live up to expectations at the box office over the weekend (despite topping the charts), possibly due to a combination of increased concern over the Delta variant, the R rating, and the simultaneous streaming on HBO Max.

James Gunn crosses the aisle to DC and brings the same sense of humor and heart he brought to Guardians of the Galaxy (and lots of ridiculous violence) for the excellent The Suicide Squad, which fixes everything about the mediocre first Suicide Squad movie by creating a better plot and more interesting and fun characters.

Remixing composer Charlie Clouser’s iconic music from the Saw franchise, 21 Savage gave Saw its first soundtrack rap song with “Spiral”, which accompanied the Chris Rock/Samuel L. Jackson movie that arrived earlier this year.
