Doctor Strange Explores The Multiverse of Madness in May (Trailer)
If you stayed through the entire credits of Spider-Man: No Way Home, you got to see the teaser trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness but now that the first weekend of Spidey is behind us, Marvel has officially released the teaser outside of theaters. Due to Peter Parker and Doctor Strange’s messing with the multiverse in No Way Home, plus whatever damage Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Loki caused on their Disney+ shows, the fabric of reality is crumbling and Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Wanda, new MCU hero America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), and Dr. Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams) have to cross dimensions and try to repair the damage, while also dealing with the vengeful return of Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and variants like what seems like the darker Doctor Strange we met in What If? There’s no confirmation of Loki yet but he’s supposed to appear at some point in Multiverse of Madness. The movie is directed by Sam Raimi, who returns to the world of Marvel after taking time off following Spider-Man 3, and it was co-written by Michael Waldron, who was the head writer of Loki. The movie is out on May 6th next year and you can check out the trailer below.
