Master Chief Come to Paramount+ in March for Halo (Trailer)
Arguably the biggest original series yet for Parmount+, Halo is coming in March with a live-action adaptation of the beloved video game franchise. Pablo Schreiber stars as the voice (and maybe sometimes face) of John-117 aka Master Chief, a genetically engineered super-soldier who is created to help humanity defeat the alien federation known as The Covenant. He uncovers an ancient device while battling the Covenant and learns about the existence of the Halo, a ringworld which both humanity and The Covenant are looking to find and it also seems to affect the Chief and start to wear down some of the control put upon him by the scientists who created him. The money definitely looks like it’s on the screen with the Chief, Spartans and Arbiters looking right out of the game and it looks like the series will have a massive scope and scale. Natascha McElhone, Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Grey and Yerin Ha co-star with Jen Taylor reprising her role as Cortana from the games. The series begins on March 24th and you can check out the trailer below.
