A Trio of Monstrous Heroes Team Up in The Imperfects (Trailer)

Although it seems like it’s based on some sort of comic or book, The Imperfects seems to be an original series coming to Netflix in September.  The show follows a trio of twenty-somethings who discover that they are all experimented on unknowingly by the nefarious Dr. Sarkov (Rhys Nicholson) and they each now have a monstrous superpower.  Tilda (Morgan Taylor Campbell) is a banshee with supersonic shrieks, Juan (Iñaki Godoy) can transform into a chupacabra and Abbi (Rhianna Jagpal) is now a succubus.  The trio teams up to find Sarkov to force him to make them human again and to stop him from doing his experiments on anyone else.  Italia Ricci, Kyra Zagorsky, Celina Martin, Junnicia Lagoutin, and Rekha Shama co-star, and the show was created by Shelley Eriksen and Dennis Heaton, who previously worked on The Order for Netflix.  The Imperfects arrives on Netflix on September 8th and you can check out the trailer below.
