Emily Blunts Seeks Western Revenge in The English (Trailer)

Emily Blunt comes to Prime Video in November with the new Western drama series, The English.  Blunt plays Lady Cornelia Locke, who is looking for revenge on the man she holds responsible for the death of her son.  She teams up with a Pawnee ex-cavalry scout Eli Whipp (Chaske Spencer) and the pair head to the town of Hoxem, Wyoming, facing all kinds of bizarre and dangerous events and threats along the way.  The show almost seems like it’s going to be a horror show, maybe toward the Bone Tomahawk end of the spectrum, along with a western.  Rafe Spall, Tom Hughes, Stephen Rhea, Toby Jones, Valerie Pachner, and Ciaran Hinds co-star, and the show was created by Hugo Blick, who previously worked on The Honourable Woman and Black Earth Rising.  The English will be on Prime Video on November 11th and also on BBC One in the UK and you can check out the trailer below.
