Bob Odenkirk Returns to AMC with Lucky Hank (Trailer)
After starring in one of the greatest television shows of all time with Better Call Saul, Bob Odenkirk is back on AMC in March with Lucky Hank. Based on the 1997 novel Straight Man by Richard Russo, Lucky Hank stars Odenkirk as Hank Devereaux, a college professor at an underfunded school who suffers a mid-life crisis and begins to speak his mind no matter the consequences and tries to deal with his students, fellow facility and his wife and their trouble marriage. Olivia Scott Welch, Diedrich Bader, Sara Amini, Cedric Yarbrough, Mireille Enos, Jacki Gunn, Jackson Kelly, and Suzanne Cryer co-star and much of the producing team behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are behind the scenes. Better Call Saul is a huge bar to try and reach but Odenkirk has all of the goodwill in the world and there’s no doubt he’ll knock it out of the park again. Lucky Hank premieres on March 19th on AMC and you can check out the trailer below.
