Toni Collette Takes Over the Mob in Mafia Mamma (Trailer)

When her Italian grandfather dies, mild-mannered housewife Kristin (Toni Collette) inherits his mafia empire in the upcoming action/comedy, Mafia Mamma.  Directed by Twilight’s Catherine Hardwicke, Mafia Mamma co-stars Monica Bellucci as the family’s consigliere, who tries to guide Kristin in her new role as a crime boss.  It seems to have similar vibes to 2013’s The Family, which starred Robert DeNiro as a mafioso whose family had to go into witness protection.  Collette is always great and seems like she’ll be fun in her “fish out of water” role and the movie is out April 14th in theaters.  Check out the trailer below.
