Battle at the Box Office 6/26/23
The Flash continues to do so terribly at the box office in its second weekend that it was defeated handily by the summer’s superior multiversal adventure, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which returned to the #1 spot on the weekend chart.

As we head into the summer, sometimes you need to stay inside and beat the heat with some video games, and we got to check out several new games this month for the latest Gamebox 2.0. We played the “most extreme” 90s shooter ever made with Slayers X, took up Mjolnir as Tiny Thor, got caught in a spooky time-loop with Homebody, and more.

Review: The Flash
Hyped up by various executives at DC and WB as one of the greatest superhero movies ever made, The Flash is definitely not that. It’s mostly okay with fun moments sprinkled throughout but it ends in a sludge of questionable special effects and empty fan service.
