Ishana Night Shyamalan Gets as Creepy as Her Father with The Watchers (Trailer)
Following in the footsteps of her father M. Night, Ishana Night Shyamalan is making her feature film directing debut in June with The Watchers. Shyamalan also wrote the movie, which follows Dakota Fanning as an artist who gets lost in the dense and lonely woods of Western Ireland. She finds shelter at a mysterious building where three strangers (Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouéré) previously sought shelter. The trio tells their new arrival that they are trapped by mysterious creatures, the titular Watchers, who they cannot see but come out every night. The group needs to figure out if there’s any way to escape. The movie is based on the novel by A.M. Shine. The Watchers is in theaters on June 7th and you can check out the trailer below.
