Ben Affleck is Back This Month for The Accountant 2 (Trailer)
Ben Affleck returns as criminal accountant Christian Wolff later this month when The Accountant 2 arrives in theaters. When Treasury agent Raymond King (J.K. Simmons) is murdered, his protege Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) is forced to contact Wolff to try and figure out why King was murdered and who is behind it. Wolff contacts his estranged brother Braxton (Jon Bernthal) for help in the investigation, and the brothers bond while uncovering the truth: Daniella Pineda, Robert Morgan, Grant Harvey, and Andrew Howard co-star. Gavin O’Connor, who directed the first movie, is back for the sequel. It looks like this movie will have a much lighter tone with some Rainman-style banter and bonding between the brothers. The Accountant 2 is in theaters with special Tax Day screenings on April 15th and a full release on April 25th. Check out the new trailer below.
