The Hulkster’s first starring role, No Holds Barred starred Hogan as Rip, the world’s greatest wrestler, facing off against a new, sadistic rival Zeus and the theme song, also called No Holds Barred, was written by the WWE’s go to theme creator, Jim Johnston, and sung by the completely unknown John Joyce.

Appearing on both the Universal Soldier: The Return soundtrack and Megadeth’s own album Risk, Crush ‘Em featured both JCVD and Bill Goldberg in the music video and Goldberg even used it when he made his return to the WCW in 1999, with Megadeth playing it live on Monday Nitro.
