Gamebox 2.0: Games of September 2023
As we get ready for spooky fall fun, we checked out a new batch of games this September. We dug into the existential dread of (i) doesn’t exist, blasted away at the fiendish Gazzlers in VR, puzzle platformed through 80s action movies in It’s A Wrap, played arcade-style games in two new collections, and more!
Gamebox 2.0: Games of August 2023
As the summer winds down, we’ve spent some of the last dog days of the season checking out new games for the latest Gamebox 2.0. We reviewed another reimagined Atari classic with Quantum: Recharged, tested our ninja abilities with Ninja or Die: Shadow of the Sun, raised a squadron of soldiers in Arcadian Atlas, and more!
Gamebox 2.0: Games of July 2023
As the summer days get hotter, so do the action-packed games we got to try out this month. This July brought a lot of fun retro titles for a new generation like cult classic FPS Rise of the Triad and the RayStorm X RayCrisis HD Collection. As we head into the summer, sometimes you need to stay inside and beat the heat with some video games, and we got to check out several new games this month for the latest Gamebox 2.0. We played the “most extreme” 90s shooter ever made with Slayers X, took up Mjolnir as Tiny Thor, got caught in a spooky time-loop with Homebody, and more.
