Before we head out to the Play NYC convention, the latest Gamebox 2.0 is here with another batch of games we got to check out recently as well as some demos/previews and a couple titles knocked off our backlog.

Two classic gaming franchises, Tempest and Lumines, make their return in this edition of Gamebox 2.0 along with the Hotline Miamiesque horror game Garage, hardcore platformers Runbow and Rifter, survival game Outpost Zero and more.

Gamebox 2.0 is back for another edition where we got to check out a bunch of games paying homage to old school favorites with pixel art and gameplay like Fox N Forests and Omega Strike, the amazing pinball platforming of Yoku’s Island Adventure, the beast stacking tabletop action of Beasts of Balance, built our own Jurassic World and much more.

The latest edition of Gamebox 2.0 features giant Battlemechs, one of the greatest board games of all time, puzzle solving with Jason Voorhees, a new competitor in the Battle Royale genre, an HD remake of a cult classic brawler and much more.

In this edition of Gamebox 2.0, we got to check out more new, interesting games on PC and console including old-school, rogue-like shooter Immortal Redneck, medical sim Bio Inc. Redemption, sci-fi exploration game The Station and much more.

The first Gamebox of 2018, we got to check out the latest addition to Dead by Daylight, the updated version of old school run and gunner Mercenary kings, downhill mountain bike racing game Descenders and more.

The final Gamebox 2.0 of 2017 has some fun new turn based strategy games, a twin stick shooter with a fun and interesting art style and a shooter from 2011 that was recently given away for free from Humble Bundle.

As we head into the holidays, there’s still a bunch of games to check out, including the PR disaster of Star Wars: Battlefront II, Hand of Fate 2, The Count Lucanor, new trivia game It’s Quiz Time, Riot: Civil Unrest and more.

We’re deep in the big fall releases and we checked out some of the bigger releases for this edition of Gamebox 2.0 like Call of Duty: WW2, South Park: The Fractured But Whole and Assassin’s Creed Origins along with a few smaller but still cool game releases.
