Dracula Stalks A Doomed Ship in The Last Voyage of the Demeter (Trailer)

Putting an interesting spin on the Dracula story, August’s The Last Voyage of the Demeter is focusing on one chapter of Bram Stoker’s classic novel, “The Captain’s Log”, and turns it into a feature-length horror movie.  When Dracula transports himself from Carpathia to London, he loads himself and a number of other mysterious crates on the merchant ship Demeter.  During the voyage, the Count stalks the crew and devours them one by one.  Corey Hawkins, Aisling Franciosi, Liam Cunningham, Jon Jon Briones, David Dastmalchian, Stefan Kapicic, and Nikolai Nikolaeff star as the passengers and crew of the Demeter with Javier Botet playing Dracula. André Øvredal, who recently directed Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, is directing the movie.  The Last Voyage of the Demeter arrives in August this summer and you can check out the trailer below.
