Timo Tjahjanto is Back on Netflix with The Shadow Strays (Trailer)
Timo Tjahjanto, who previously directed The Night Comes for Us and The Big 4, is back on Netflix this month with The Shadow Strays. Aurora Ribero plays 13, an assassin working for a mysterious organization. When she decides to protect a young boy (Sebastian Sero), she must face off against her mentor (Hana Malasan) and former colleagues. Taskya Namya, Agra Pilang and Andri Mashadi co-star. The Big 4 leaned more into comedy, but this looks like the brutal, serious action we got from The Night Comes For Us, an action movie up there with John Wick, The Raid, and Extraction as far as top-tier modern action. The Shadow Strays will be released on October 17th. You can check out the new trailer below.
