Musical Montage: Bad English “Best of What I Got”

Capping off Tango & Cash as the end credits song, “Best of What I Got” was part of a massive 1989 for British rock band Bad English.  Formed in 1987, Bad English’s debut album, Bad English, was released in June 1989 and featured “Best of What I Got” along with the band’s biggest hit, “When I See You Smile,” which reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.  “Best of What I Got” was released as a single in November 1989, separately from Tango & Cash, and reached #9 on the Mainstream Rock chart.  The movie didn’t have an official soundtrack album, just the score from Harold Faltermayer.  The music video for “Best of What I Got” came out before Tango & Cash, and as such, it unfortunately doesn’t have any clips from the movie or cameos from Kurt Russell or Stallone, but you can still check it out below.
