2024 Emmy Award Winners
The 2024 Emmy Awards were handed out last night, and Shogun and The Bear helped FX/Hulu dominate the awards. The Bear brought home 11 Emmy awards, including Best Comedy Actor for Jeremy Allen White and Best Comedy Supporting Actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach, but it was upset by Hacks for Best Comedy Series, with Hacks star Jean Smart winning Best Comedy Actress. Shogun set a new record for the most wins for a single season, with 18 wins, including Best Drama Series, Best Lead Actor for Hiroyuki Sanada, and Best Lead Actress for Anna Sawai.
