Up to Speed: Andor Season 2
The critically acclaimed Star Wars series Andor is finally back on Tuesday (4/22) this week to begin its second and final season, and you can refresh yourself on what happened in Season 1 with an extended official recap from the official Star Wars YouTube channel. Diego Luna stars as Cassian Andor, who we first saw as a ruthless Rebel agent in Rogue One who was willing to give everything to the cause. The show jumps back five years from Rogue One and follows Andor as he goes from a petty thief and scavenger into an agent in the rebellion against the Empire. The show also explores the bureaucratic evil of the Empire through characters like Syril Karn (Kyle Soller) and Imperial Security Bureau agent Dedra Meero (Denise Gough). Adria Arjona, Stellan Skarsgard, and Genevieve O’Reilly also co-star. For Season 2, Ben Mendelsohn and Alan Tudyk will return as Director Krennic and K-2S0, respectively. Disney+ is dropping three episodes every week starting this Tuesday for Season 2, and you can check out the recap video below.
