Coming out of the Warner Bros panel at SDCC, the new Justice League trailer is here and the big bad Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) makes his presence known. Following Superman’s death after defeating Doomsday, Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) have to recruit a new team of heroes to deal with this new intergalactic threat and they find The Flash (Ezra Miller), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and this team has to come together to save the world. There’s also JK Simmons’ Jim Gordon and Jeremy Irons’ Alfred lending help as well along with possibly reinforcements from Diana’s mother Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen) and, let’s face it, inevitable return of Superman (Henry Cavill). It looks pretty awesome and hopefully matches or exceeds the bar set by Wonder Woman earlier this summer. Joss Whedon has taken over doing reshoots while Zack Snyder deals with the horrible tragedy that happened to his family but this will probably still be mostly Snyder’s movie. Justice League is out on November 17th and you can check out the new trailer below.
