It’s been awhile since we’ve had a big Luc Besson movie. I’d go so far as to say it’s been since The Fifth Element, which came out in 1997. Well, he’s looking to bring us another crazy adventure with Adele Blanc-Sec. Based on a series of French adventure comics following the adventures of the the titular archaeologist/adventurer, the movie finds Adele tracking down an ancient mummy to find a possible cure for her sister and there’s also a pterodactyl rampaging around Paris for some reason. I’m not really sure what’s going on but with Besson you can bet it’s gonna be big and stylish. Check out the trailer below and we’ll have to wait and see if this one’s getting a US release.
