Ice Cube gets a new comedic foil next February in Charlie Day in the simply titled (and seemingly simply plotted) Fist Fight. Day is Andy Campbell, a mild mannered English teacher who gets on the wrong side of intimidating fellow teacher Ron Strickland (Cube) on the last day of school, who challenges Andy to a fist fight in the parking lot. News of the fight spreads throughout the entire school and Andy alternates between trying to prepare for it and trying to weasel out of it. Jillian Bell, Tracy Morgan, Christina Hendricks, Kumail Nanjiani, Dean Norris and Dennis Haysbert co-star and Richie Keen, who’s directed episodes of It’s Always Sunny and Angie Tribeca makes his feature film debut. It’s out on February 17th next year and you can check out the trailer below.
