Based on a graphic novel and firmly in the insane realm of movies like Kung Fury, Crank, Wolfcop, Hobo with a Shotgun and Grindhouse comes Officer Downe. Kim Coates plays the titular cop, who is able to be killed and resurrected continously as he tries to take down the crazed villains running around the not quite real Los Angeles of the movie. Slipknot co-founder M. Shawn Crahan actually directed the movie and is also doing the music along with Kyle Sherrod as Psychosis Industries and Crank co-director Mark Neveldine is one of the producers. It looks absolutely crazy and over the top and it’s out on VOD and select theaters on November 18th, check out the trailer below.
