Still one of the most popular Netflix movies of all time, 2018’s Bird Box is getting a sequel that takes the post-apocalyptic series to Spain in July. Bird Box Barcelona is set in the titular Spanish city and follows a group of survivors as they try to survive in a world where they must constantly keep their eyes covered or else risk becoming the victim of a mysterious entity that drives whoever sees it insane. Georgina Campbell, Mario Casas, Diego Calva, Michelle Jenner, Patrick Criado, Naila Schuberth, and Gonzalo de Castro co-star, and the movie was directed by Adam and David Pastor, who previously wrote and directed Carriers, The Last Days, and The Occupant. Bird Box Barcelona hits Netflix on July 14th an you can check out the trailer below.
