Starting September 4th, One More Game‘s intergalactic limb-switching third-person shooter SWAPMEAT is undergoing its final round of playtest before its early access release. These playtest rounds are known as Meat Labs, where gamers get to experiment with the latest patches and tweaks that the developers have implemented. Check out the trailer for the playtest.
SWAPMEAT puts players in the role of a scientific harvester, looking to collect power meaty limbs from across the universe. Defeating and exchanging parts with enemies can boost the player’s mobility, attacks, and defenses. But these alien forces won’t easily give up their parts, so players can team up with fellow collectors and prepare to splatter alien guts.

These fun and focused hours of playtesting give a good idea of which mechanics and combinations of body parts make or break the game. Play testing is vital for smoothing and balancing gameplay. Unexpected glitches in the past have been identified as new features, so every experience and report made by volunteers and QA staff contributes to a better quality in the next build.
