
Making the jump from animation to live-action, Nicolas Cage stars in Spider-Noir in May on Prime Video. Cage plays Ben Reilly, an aging private investigator who was formerly New York City’s only superhero, The Spider, but a new case prompts him to put on the mask and webbing again. Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, and Brendan Gleeson co-star. The series was developed by Oren Uziel, Steve Lightfoot, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal, with Uziel and Lightfoot serving as the co-showrunners. The show will consist of eight episodes, all dropping on Prime Video on May 27th in both black-and-white and “true hue” color versions. Check out the trailer below.
