
Jason Blum and Blumhouse are joining forces with Tyler Perry for the upcoming Peacock horror movie, Strung. Chloe Bailey stars as Layla, a talented violinist who takes a job as the live-in music instructor for Zuri (Romy Woods). Things immediately take a strange turn as Zuri never seems to take off her creepy mask, and Layla becomes tangled up in the manipulations and secrets of the rest of the family. Lynn Whitfield, Lucien Laviscount, Anna Diop, and Coco Jones co-star. Malcolm D. Lee, best known for directing the Best Man franchise, directed the movie. Strung debuts on June 26th on Peacock, and you can check out the trailer below.
