
The Television Academy announced the nominees for the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, with HBO Max’s The Pitt emerging as the most-nominated series with 25 nominations and Hacks leading the comedy field with 24. This year’s nominations continue the shift toward newer series, with freshman hits like Pluribus and Widow’s Bay breaking through alongside returning Emmy favorites such as The Bear, Abbott Elementary, Only Murders in the Building, and Slow Horses.
